Employer Subscription Plans – FAQs
What are the available employer plans on HireSimpli?
We offer three plans for employers:
QuickHire (Free) – Basic job posting access SmartHire (₹499/30 days) – Featured job postings & candidate downloads PowerHire (₹999/30 days) – Full access to premium hiring tools
What happens after my subscription expires?
All plans, including free and paid, expire after 30 days. You can renew or switch to another plan at any time.
Can I switch to a different plan before my current plan expires?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime, but downgrading will only take effect after the current plan ends.
What are the benefits of the PowerHire plan?
The PowerHire (₹999/30 days) plan includes:
Unlimited featured jobs Unlimited candidate follows & CV downloads Direct candidate messaging & profile access Priority employer listing
Can I post unlimited jobs in the free plan?
Yes! The QuickHire (Free) plan allows unlimited job postings, but premium features like candidate messaging and CV downloads are not included.
Do I need a subscription to contact candidates?
Yes, direct messaging and resume downloads are only available in SmartHire (₹499) and PowerHire (₹999) plans.

With SmartApply (₹199/30 days), you get: Unlimited job applications & wishlist Company contact & profile view access Direct messaging to employers Priority job recommendations
Can I apply for jobs without a paid plan?
Yes! The Basic Apply (Free) plan allows unlimited job applications, but features like company contact details and messaging require SmartApply (₹199).
What happens if my paid plan expires?
After 30 days, your plan will expire, and you’ll be switched back to the free plan. You can renew or upgrade anytime.
Can I switch between plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime, but you cannot downgrade before your current plan expires.
Do I need a subscription to contact candidates?
Yes, direct messaging and resume downloads are only available in SmartHire (₹499) and PowerHire (₹999) plans.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
No, all payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime, but your plan will remain active until the 30-day period ends.
What if I am not satisfied with the premium plan?
You can choose not to renew after expiration, but no refunds are provided.
Will I be charged automatically for renewal?
No, subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew or upgrade after 30 days.
Can I request a refund if I forget to cancel?
No, refunds are not available, but your subscription will automatically expire after 30 days if not renewed.
