📝 Key Responsibilities:
• 📝 Manage OTC Claims portfolio & maintain strong customer relationships
• 💡 Investigate and resolve customer deductions and disposition items
• 👥 Collaborate with business units and clients on dispute resolution
• 📊 Analyze data, determine dispute validity, and issue credits or claims accordingly
• 📞 Respond to US-based clients via email and calls
• 🛠️ Prepare documentation for rebilling and audit compliance
• 🧾 Review reasons for disputes such as pricing, shortages, damages, co-ops, etc.
• ✍️ Support SOP creation and manage individual claim targets

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 🎓 B.Com Graduate or equivalent experience
• 📈 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 🛠️ Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• 🔧 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 💼 Hands-on experience with SAP and OTC domain is a must
• 🗣️ Prior US voice process experience is a plus
• 💻 Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, PowerBI, OnBase, FSCM, and TPM is desirable
• 🛫 US Visa holders preferred (optional)
