You’ll be the go-to person for hardware, software, and user-support needs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔧 Troubleshoot onsite desktop hardware/software issues
🌐 Resolve remote desktop problems efficiently
🔒 Ensure OS and third-party patch compliance
🛡️ Handle antivirus issues and maintain compliance
📞 Log service calls and follow up with OEMs
🖨️ Fix printer-related issues
🆕 Install new hardware and software
📦 Manage IT inventory effectively
📊 Generate daily call MIS reports
