🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Answering customer queries with patience and clarity over voice calls
✅ Ensuring quick and accurate resolutions
✅ Updating call logs and maintaining records
✅ Staying informed about client and process updates
✅ Working closely with your team and leaders for continuous improvement
✅ Adhering to data privacy and security protocols


🛠️ Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

  • 📋 Logging daily activities and customer details
  • 🕒 Following shift and call schedules strictly
  • 🔁 Sharing daily performance feedback with Team Leads
  • 📚 Checking internal knowledge base for product/process updates
  • 📞 Handling calls with proper etiquette, empathy & confidence
  • 🎯 Achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores

🧠 Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 🗣️ Excellent spoken English (fluency & clarity)
  • 👂 Strong listening & comprehension
  • 🧾 Attention to detail & typing accuracy
  • 💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, system navigation)
  • ❤️ Empathy & patience with customers
  • 🔁 Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • 📞 Phone etiquette and rapport building

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream – Freshers welcome
  • Undergraduate (10+2) with 6 months of experience in any industry
  • 💼 Experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
